Rundle pole shafts are protected by an 18-month crash replacement warranty. Any pole shaft broken within 18 months of purchase can be exchanged for a heavily discounted replacement shaft of the same model. There is no limit to how many replacement shafts can be exchanged within the 18-month warranty period. In rare circumstances where a manufacturing defect is suspected, a request for a free replacement shaft may be submitted to Rundle. Tundra

Pole kits include handles that come uninstalled, allowing the shafts to be trimmed and the handles to be installed at home. This allows a skier to build the poles to their exact length preference.
