Rundle pole shafts are protected by an 18-month crash replacement warranty. Any pole shaft broken within 18 months of purchase can be exchanged for a heavily discounted replacement shaft of the same model. There is no limit to how many replacement shafts can be exchanged within the 18-month warranty period. In rare circumstances where a manufacturing defect is suspected, a request for a free replacement shaft may be submitted to Rundle.
