Returns & Exchanges

Rundle accepts returns for any unused merchandise that is in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable. Rundle is not responsible for and does not reimburse return shipping costs. Rundle does not charge a restocking fee.

For returns and exchanges, email the following information to info@rundlenordic.com

  • Your order number
  • The specific item(s) being returned or exchanged
  • The reason for return

All requests must be received within 30 days from the date the package was delivered.
