Warranty Poles

Rundle offers the following pole warranties:

Within 4 Months of Purchase

• If a Rundle pole shaft breaks within 4 months of purchase, the purchaser is entitled to 1 free replacement shaft of the same pole model, no questions asked. After 1 free warranty replacement shaft, shafts broken within 4 months of purchase can be exchanged for warranty replacement shafts at factory cost. All shafts being warrantied must be returned to the point of purchase.

4 Months to 12 Months After Purchase

• For Rundle pole shafts broken between 4 months and 12 months after purchase, broken shafts can be exchanged for warranty replacement shafts at factory cost. All shafts being warrantied must be returned to the point of purchase.

For poles purchased directly through Rundle's webstore, submit a warranty claim by emailing the following information to info@rundlenordic.com

• Your Rundle order number
• The item that is being submitted for a warranty claim
• Photos of the broken item

Rundle does not reimburse taxes or customs fees incurred during a warranty replacement product's shipment to an international customer.
